Walt Disney Concert Hall
Yesterday I actually had some free time with Matthew out of town with his cousins and grandparents for the long weekend, so I spent some time sightseeing around downtown LA. The first stop was the Walt Disney Concert Hall. They give free tours (with limited hours), either self-guided or privately guided tours. We opted for the self-guided tour, which includes an electronic "wand" that has pre-recorded information narrated by John Lithgow. It was a very fascinating building all around and you get to see everything except inside the actual concert hall (which you have to pay for an event to see). I took a ton of photos of this place, and have more of our quick Downtown LA tour coming up soon.
