Bacon Follow-up
The Bacon Day Potluck at work today turned out pretty good, even though it was relatively small. Featured items (besides what I brought) were bacon-wrapped shrimp, bacon-wrapped potatoes, bacon-wrapped pralines & dried cranberries, bacon-stuffed serrano chili peppers (Wow, so hot, but so tasty!), bacon broccoli salad, and German potato bacon salad. There was also cornbread and honey-butter, rolls, sour cream apple pie and fruit. Oh, and someone even brought two bags of bacon bits, just in case there wasn't enough bacon! Yup, we had a royal bacon feast, to say the least!
